My List to Eat Healthy Each Day (not just for weight loss)

I wanted to list my step by step health plan as a good reminder for me to do this each day. People have asked me what I think they should do well this is what I am doing. It also just depends, but something you will make time for each day is a good start. These are my ideas from years of reading and going to seminars and other research that I have done. However this is just my opinion so do not take this as written in stone or medical advise in any way.

  • Oxygen is super important and you can get it a number of ways.so deep breathe for 5 min. or 10 breathes maybe 3 times a day. This is great for energy and for the brain. 
  • Get out in the sun for 15 min. a day.
  • Oxygen is also in water, drink filtered water and add drops of minerals to it. People forget about minerals, we need them.
  • Eat lots of raw fresh veggies each day that are organic for so many reasons, oxygen is also in raw green veggies not meat or dairy.
  • Drink a health drink each day, I found some great products at VitaCost that has too many things to list and is animal free and soy free which is important to me. Oh I don't make any money on VitaCost. Only $5 to ship any total too.
  • Life Basics has many products and two that I found I want to use as a protein drink and meal, one has 5 super food fruits and the nutrients that you used to have to get from animal but no more.  They use sea veggies which are awesomely nutritious and healing and hemp protein.  Love that. Highly discounted also. So for a complete low carb meal with all the nutrients it seems wonderful. I am ordering this, this week. I will list some recipes for some green smoothies.
  • Enzymes take allot of them, they are anti aging and was told by a doctor who is also a naturalpathic to take them every day with all meals. There is more but this is enough for my first list.
  • Salads with lots of fresh organic raw green veggies like spinach and romaine and red peppers etc. I try not to use dairy if at all possible but do your goat feta low fat. 
This is not a complete list but it is a start.
