  1. The Raw Food Diets are awesome, just do as much fresh foods as you can, even if you eat meat, do just a small amount maybe 3 times a week. Do make it organic, free range, grass fed etc and then it is way more healthy and more like how it was intended to be eaten like in the days of old.
