New Way Of Eating

Greeting everyone

I have been on a new journey for a number of months. Yay me. My hubby and I have lost a number of lbs. We are not doing the normal and harder way. We have decided to follow a form of low carbing. Yes low carbs. Never would of thought I would end up doing that. :)

We are doing Keto/Paleo which is healthy, clean and no grains or sugar. OK sounds crazy. Well we both have no cravings except for me for chocolate. I can have chocolate so that is good. No sugar type. I do use stevia. Honey is  not low carb so even though it is Paleo it is not Keto (Ketosis).

We are doing what is called Intermittent Fasting IF and drive our Bullet Proof Coffee PBC in the morning and then have lunch around 1 or 1:30 pm for me.

I will start posting more about this. I have lost over 20 lbs so far. yay and hubby much more. Amazing.
