Rachel Ray to help promote the Ayurveda way
I am trying to see if eating less than 5 to 6 meals a day and going back to 3 with 2 snacks might work better and be easier to keep losing weight. However I found this on line after visiting Chef Jay's weight loss Facebook page. I love his products. So so so good. Much more natural then most other meal replacement foods. He has a line of products and is a chef and lost allot of weight. Anyways, I went to the site he linked to on his page and found this. Also the products for weight loss sound very interesting and maybe very helpful.
Check this out if you are in need of weight lost or want to eat healthy and not over load the body with large meals.
I might add that I have read that our bodies can not process more than 400 calories or so and the rest goes to fat. So this is a great way to live and eat I think. I do however not eat 1600 calories a day when trying to lose weight. So I need to adjust two of the meals or all of them to get to the calories I want to be at for my height and age.
